Hi guys few days ago i found out that previous owner took out the power valve and it is missing.

Why would someone do that ? I know it is not good for the bike and couple weeks ago i was trying to jet the carburetor but there was bogging in the middle when i whacked the throttle. Also i bought new reeds. Anybody know what should i do ?

People would remove the power valves from early to mid 90's CR 125's to gain overrev.

New power valves are still available from Suzuki, I'd buy new ones.
