Whidbey isl

This is sort of a moto topic by it’s more related to riding places. It’s not a poll either ,just a question.

Who on here ride at Whidbey isl.

It’s just a couple hrs for me to make the drive across the border,

I never got to ride Whidbey MX when I was on the island, but did visit it a couple times. Cool little track, and I was honestly surprised by how many people showed up. Should be a couple posters here who ride there.

I'd move this to the moto side as only us degenerates really post over here.

Looks fun.  Riding these rocky tracks always amazes me the pelting doesn't hurt until you take a shower. 😂

Reese ya that’s the place, much different now in layout. I’ve been 5 times already this yr. I was curious as to how Many  from this forum ride there .ive started to immigrate some other Canadians down to have a change in scenery.

It’s a practice only track.there is no start line/gate but I’m sure if there was a desire to hold an event it could be added.but it is a good place for vintage bikes.ive seen a few old Marco’s KTM

The track is only about 40 minutes from my house, we ride there regularly. I know the track owner and his son, they do a good job with the area they available. I have rented the track a few times for private ride days, you can have up to 12 riders for a private track day so I grab 11 buddies and we split the cost. Ride all the laps you can handle, its pretty cool.

Ride there some, I’m about 45-60 minutes away which makes it the closest to my place. They’ve really put a lot of work into it over the last few years. It’s a nice track, especially if I don’t have a ton of time(all the others are 2.5-4 hours each way and involve passing through Seattle or a mountain pass, so they are a full, full day for me).

The folks that run whidbey are also great people.

Yes it is well run.when  there is a load of people there the track does  get beat up as to be expected .i was just there this past Sunday , small crowd due to race week end at other places. I imported a few Canadians down for the day .

Leaving today for burntridge as they are having a long weekend ride session
