My guess is, You were climbing a hill or going over huge rocks without a skid plate.. A big boulder hit the bottom of your bike and twisted the frame a litle.... Easy fix!!!! Am I right?

Spot on, I don't own an ezout, so before I go buy anything figured I'd hear some suggestions.

I think Factory Feel had the best suggestion. Drill through and put a nut and washer on the other side. Thanks FF you're the greatest.

Try a hammer and center punch first , tap it CCW from a 3 o clock pos.
Or drill 2 new holes for bolts.

If an easy-out doesn't work, I've had luck with reverse bits. They are twisted the opposite direction and if you can catch it right it will back out.

Cool never knew about reverse drill bits. Where do you pick those up?

I say you drill out the bolt or get it out some how and go to your local hardware store and find strong suitable bolt and replace it...Your going to have to drill the hole bigger get the bolt that fits it and buy a threader that matches the bolt and thread the hole then screw it on and good as new thts what i did when my screw bent on my bikes oil filter cap.

I got my reverse drill bits from mac tools. Drill your pilot holes with regular drill bits then use the reverse bit next. Make sure you start with small bits and work your way up to bigger ones so you stay in the center of the bolt.

Its a chick bike...fill the holes with JB weld then zip tie the skid plate to the frame. Done.

triton has it right, get some left hand drill bits. just spot ea bolt with a 1/8" bit... then use a 1/4" reverse and give er hell.

don't drill in for reverse bits... let the bit do the work.

i'm not a fan of easy outs... if you don't really know how to use them you'll break one off in there then you'll be screwed.
