I cant seem to find an adjustment range that will allow me to fully disengage the clutch.

- I pull the clutch in using one finger and it collides into my other fingers
- At this point, the clutch is not fully disengaged but merely slipping, it can stall easily. i can tell i should pull it in just a bit more but unwilling to undo my other fingers to bring the lever into the handlebar.
- i've adjusted the clutch lever but didnt seem to rlly remedy it?

i've seen the ARC power lever deal but havent seen much feedback on it. is there anything else?

This is on a 2025 kx450 with 4.1 hours

Yes, the KX is prone to this.  The 3 best ways to minimize it:

1) Check the stack height of the plates and adjust it to spec with the various thickness plates that Kawi sells.

2) Flush and bleed it very well.  Use a vacuum bleeder and get it 100%.  Any little bit of air costs you actuation.

3) Adjust the lever further away from the bar so you are getting more throw before it contacts your other fingers.

thanks for the input. i havent ridden it much so i should give it flush/bleed and then will move onto the clutch stack height idea. i was quite unaware of kawasaki selling different thickness plates, thanks for bringing that to my attention. Based on how it feels, i'd assume i may have a stack thats too thick and the pressure plate is not lifting off quite enough. surely a disc or two just a pinch thinner can ease up my clutch pack. Again, thanks!

use the Arc lever and adjust the throw of the lever.  Get it a little farther away from the bars and adjust in from there.  YOu can also do the flipchip lever.
