Mid 90's Hondas. Tanks/Airbox Cleaning

In the process of rebuilding a 93 cr500.
How have you guys pulled the yellow stains from the gas tank and airbox?

Unfortunately most of the time you can't get the stain out. It's "in" the plastic so to speak. This mainly refers to the tank.

Shop around for a new one at the right price Wink
