Headlight run by a battery?

It seems there aren’t any options for a lighting coil to be added to an RMZ450 (2022)

So what are my options to run an LED Headlight and a brake light from a battery? Is that doable?

Yes, are you looking for something to pass as street legal (not too difficult) or a race light (not easy)?

For some of our dual-sport events you only need to pass inspection and then use lights on the road sections, not on the trail.  I have used a cheap 12v drill battery without issue, it lasts a long time with LED lights.  You can make your own kit pretty cheaply with parts from Ebay/Amazon for headlight and taillight, also a 12v battery adapter with wires.  Depends on what you really need for lights.  Probably not going to last long with a bunch of big light-bars like for nighttime.riding.
