Recently swapped to a GET ecu on one of our 25 crf 250's, and immediately my son noticed a delay in starter actuation compared to the stock ecu equipped bike. The starter works as it should and the bike starts seemingly normally, but there is a slight delay from the time you hit the button to the time to starter engages. Is this normal with this ECU? It doesnt seem like a huge deal as this bike is being raced primarily in motocross this year, but after Lorettas this will go back to being raced in the woods and obviously delayed starting would be an issue there.

I have the GET on a ‘24 crf250r and have noticed the same thing. I never looked into it but I think it’s just a quirk in the GET programming. Not had any issues otherwise.
