Anyone? I'm planning on Milestone in the morning. On a side note, how much would you expect to pay to have your suspension serviced? No revalve. Just seals and service.Still on the bike and linkage serviced too.Just wondering.Thanks.

Damn it!!! Ok, so all this talk about how hard it is to work on a four stroke is CRAP! I have never done any work on the motor till now. I had the timing off the first try, and a little tension problem with the timing chain. After that, 6 kicks later and to my drunken suprised self, it freakin started!!! First time in about 6 months. Out for Wednesday, cause I really didn't expect to get it going, so I never bought a new sprocket and chain. Planning on El Mirage this weekend to test things out. If I f'ed something up, I want to break on a flat lakebed and not on the face of a jump. Have fun, and next time I am there!!!

Not hard at all. Only took you 6 months to fix it.

About 280.00 for a fluid change. About spot on at three bills with seals.

It wasn't hard, I just haven't been motivated to fix it knowing that all my free time is taken up by baseball practices and games. So I just kept an eye out on ebay for a bottom end or cases, finally got the deal I was looking for. Took longer to tear it apart than it did to put it back together. I took pics, made every note I could thing of when tearing it apart. The hardest part was putting the cylinder back over the piston.
