In doing so, they already know what will happen in the post. So while it's NOT their responsibility to monitor the thread, you have to wonder, is it their intent to start a "shit thread" full of "shit posts". Kind of like when you had little kids, you give them candy and expect them to be calm? You'd have to be pretty stupid to not know the outcome or one might think that's what you wanted all along.
