Average sound level from a wind turbine is 35-45DB at 300 meters. The sound level of typing on ma laptop is 60ish db.
Years ago my buddy went to the base of a local turbine and it was a slight whoosh every time the blade went by him. He took video and You could hardly hear it from outside of the fenced area.
