James did not want to win a SX title for MED so why would he want to win an outdoor title for them? It his choice and if you spodes had a clue you'd know why.

Yep...

He'll sit out most of this outdoor season and come back to SX next year with a new team. It isn't really that hard to figure out...even for a dumb hick from Arkansas!

There was a Sambo's in Riverside when I was a kid, and it later was converted to a Denny's.

We used to eat a a Sambo's in indio on the way to Blythe(the River). Wasn't it called "Little Black Sambo's"? I remember thay had drawings on the wall that now people would be jailed for. A little Sambo running from lions if I remember was one of them. I also remember when the name changed. National media attention.

I've been to that Sambo's as a kid...Yeah it was a unintentional racist local...The kids menus were as you explained.


It was made to make you feel hungry as a lion...why they would have the lion, chasing a black kid for any reason, in any year, was wrong.


it could have just as easy been chasing an Emu, or a Yak !

I loved Sambo's pigs in a blanket when I was a kid. I also liked how Sambo outran the Tigers and turned them into butter.

It may be his first year on the 450 in the states but he aint no rookie. 2005 he raced the MX1(450) class in FIM competition in Europe, where he finished third overall in the points standings. He captured first overall at the GP's in England, France, Italy and Spain Beating Everts, Pichon and others. He is a finisher and is consistent, something that James has yet to prove. I think James may be the underdog.............. either way, theres a stack of talent in there.

I hope James is mentally ready when he comes back. One of my buddies thinks he will not have the same drive due to the knee going twice. Same thing happened to this friend in football and it ended his college career.
