don't sweat it, even dirty white boots look better than clean black boots.

I agree. Simple Green followed by the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the plastic parts.

Don't let the dirt sit on them and dry, it dyes the white. Simple green and nail blush with the pressure cleaner, depends on how clean you wan them, Drill sergeant clean? The get the nail brush...lol.

softscrub with bleach on the plastic part, keep it off the leather part though probably

Simple Green for everyday and Orange hand cleaner for the black scuffs.
