Imagine a supercross series where most of the stars race the entire series. If you build it, they will jump it. If they come up short they can go to the hospital or just keep on riding. The choice is yours really.

I might include that the majority of the fans, non-riders/racers don't know the difference between a safe track and a dangerous track but you do.

Thanks,

gp

I think he's talking about the virtual 2025 supercross championship where computer games are so life like that there is no need to hold the event in a stadium.

What you neglect is to acknowledge, is that it's the fans (non-riders/racers) that are the ones who fill those seats at a supercross.

Reality is, your vote really doesn't matter.

I fully understrand Slow.

What I am saying is that the general public (which fills the seat at a supercross) could care less about making the tracks safer.

I kinda agree the fans won't know the difference, if the tracks are safer.

Sorry, I guess I was rambling, point is if the tracks are a little safer we might have a race to watch by St. Louis.

My vote doesn't count, who knew?

Your vote does count.

You are just addressing it in the wrong location.

Just a quick check, 6 of the top 10 in Anehiem 1 were not even in the race in St. Louis. Have to admit that I didn't do the research to find out why they weren't there but it's still something to think about.

Yes yes. If they are going to build a wall for a landing they need to atleast make a landing with less of a steep grade than that of a quarter pipe!!! Damn.

Reality is, that none of our votes count.

We are very small in numbers as far as who fills the seats, and pays the bills.

Do you, or gp attend monster truck, or free style events?

If not, then you are not the target market.

You may not like it, but it's what keeps the sport afloat and pays the bills.

Why would they have a simple way to contact them if they had no interest in what everyone thinks? They, like any business, want and need input.

Have at it pal.

I am sure they will take your advise, and make changes to the track.

It's about entertainment for the masses, and not for the weekend moto enthusiast.

I agree with you, it is about the masses. That doesn't mean people shouldn't give any input, and certainly doesn't mean doing so is a waste of time. If some of these guys want to have a say, what does telling them to forget it because no one cares accomplish? It makes more sense to take a shot in the dark than to let the machine go on thinking everything is fine and dandy.
