Im not an authority on the subject, but would think if that was legit there could be a MAJOR lawsuit come down.

The funny thing is I do that at the dentist all the time, but only in my head (at least that's what I think). Any time I'm getting cleaned or worked on I do laps around my track in my head to take my mind away. Makes me wonder if I think I'm doing them in my head when I'm actually doing it out loud.

And no lawsuit would stand if he consented to the video being posted.

Possible, but I expect they notice that they video whenever someone is under to have the tape to defend molestation/sexual abuse allegations.

As to broadcast, perhaps the brapper himself posted it? If not, and the person could be identified by the tape, then there may be violation of privacy rights.

During my wisdom teeth removal, I must have been dreaming of hooning a car. This was recorded Spring Break of 2010 I believe. I don't remember anything from the surgery but I have been told I did this for the entire time I was under. Heavy anesthetics were used.

I am aware that guy did it himself, I was speaking to a situation where video got out without consent.
