ODI Lock-on grips for Gunnar-gasser type whirlpull throttle

Has anyone successfully used ODI Lock-on grips with a whirlpull throttle on a vintage 2-stroke?

What cam works? None of the ones that came packaged with the grips seem to be correct, and I know there are others available.

Id really like to know that. I wonder if someone on Etsy makes or can make one.  It would be clean to have

Yes, on both my 1978 YZ400E and 1984 YZ490 - The Gunner uses a CR style throttle, so the CR 2-Stroke cam works. I just needed to change the cables to CR style ones.
