On Pulp a long time ago he was saying the local government was giving him a hard time. They wanted him to have a 100 year plan for the facility among other things. Maybe he's waiting for the local govt official to die or get voted out?

Didn’t the Millsaps family have another training facility? I remember reading on here many years ago that a South American kid used to ride there and his father was some kind of gangster. I’m sure I read his RV was still parked up in the lot.

There is this track going in kingman, they have the room for a moto track and have expressed interest in having a MX track operator run something there. Maybe davi could do this, further drive from LHC to kingman but it seems this place will be around for minute. Desert West Speedway Facebook
