I've talked with riders from a few 250 teams this year and give them the traditional "East or west?" question. For a lot of them, they say it doesn't matter, and that while they may have an idea where they'll end up, their teams are just asking them to be ready for A1, just in case. Things can change in a hurry due to injury, etc.
I'd guess we'll get some last-minute surprises as we get to A1.

Barcia,Hahn,Wilson,Tickle,Rattray,Hansen,Baggett,Wharton?
The 9 nine guys above could all win races in the Lites class this year.
I just hope that Roczen,Barcia,Wilson & Rattray are all on the same coast.

I don't think Chris can race Lites again in SX.
He earned 160 last year in Lites SX,plus 2 East Lites championships back 2 back.
He obviously was allowed to defend his title last year, but
this year,I do not think so.
d. Effective with the 2007 season points, riders earning at least 135 Supercross Lites
Championship points in an nine-race season, 120 Supercross Lites Championship points in
an eight-race season, or 105 Supercross Lites Championship points in a seven-race season,
in three seasons of Supercross Lites competition will not be eligible for the Supercross Lites
class.
1. If the number of events in each of the Supercross Lites class regions is different, the
number of events used for points will be based on the smaller number. (i.e. if there are
eight West events and seven East events, the West riders would throw out their worst
finish for a maximum total of seven events)
