I’ve been looking around for a way to use a stator and lithium batteries for a light, so far the only stators that I have found are the Ricky stator which produces 35 watts, panthera which claims 90 watts and regulator which produces 40 to 45 watts. I’m wanting to run a led light that uses 41 to 48 watts. I’m not entirely sure on what stator to go with I can’t find that much info for the yz 250
Any one have any ideas or tips

I copied this setup. Works great and no stator required.
You could live in that tool box! 😀
Is this only 3500 lumens? I think you can get some MTB light that are stronger than that. Not for cheaper by any means but just expected that size of light to give off more.
For helmet lighting, I have a drill battery (I think Milwaukee) that is 6amp 18 volts and will run a 10 watt helmet battery for over 10 hours. The same battery will drive a 40w led headlight for just over 2.5 hours. You just need to know how much time you will spend night riding. The battery is not the lightest I've seen, but was cheap. My son used it in a backpack for the Glen Helen 24 hour race. Would be easy to mount in an airbox or make/buy a mount that uses the upper fork tubes or handle bar clamps.

I plan on using the rigid sr-q pro series light on the driving model, uses 41 watts at 27599 cd
On the norm I ride at least 2 hours most is 4
