Canvas Gear Fitment

Has anyone tried the Canvas gear and can comment how the pants with fit knee braces? Currently, wearing Fox 180 gear because the pants fit perfect and are very comfortable with knee braces. Thinking of trying FXR or Canvas next but want to see before I order and they dont fit.

I tried Alpinestars techstar and could barely even get the pants on they were so fucking tight. Wore it once. Worn fly in the past, it fit good.

Canvas Gear has ample amount of room in the knees and is also real stretchy. I cant imagine you'd have an issue.

The canvas gear I got was extemely baggy and poorly fitting. On top of that the entire pant leg blew open and was ruined on the first average tip over. It was a huge waste of money for me.

FXR pants have plenty of room and material is very stretchy as well. I have no experience with the Canvas gear…

I have friends that have gotten it, and were happy with the fitment, and some others that were not lol.

I have my own very small gear company and I will say its very hard to get the sizing perfect, my stuff is pretty close now, other then if you want it to be more tight defiently go down one size, jersey no matter what go down a size, maybe even two, but I offer it in big boy sizes and its been awesome for that.

I wear canvas and love it. I dont wear knee braces but ive worn bigger knee pads. Most recently ive been wearing the evs slayco pads. I think theres plenty of room for a regular knee brace in them. There is alot of material protection in that area as well. Id say size wise, if anything they run a tad big, but fits me very well. Previously I was wearing fly but i kept destroying sets pretty quickly if thats any help. The ability to design your own gear is just awesome too.

I also favor "the small guys". Michael and the team have shown me great customer service in every interaction as well.

If i wasnt wearing Canvas, I would probably be in Asagi wear. The big companies these days just dont care about us little guys. Just another dollar to them.

Good feedback. Im very familiar w/ the fly gear, thats what I wore for many years. I wore alot of the EVO line, how would you rate the pant fitment of the canvas vs the fly Evo? Agree on Fly though, I'd roach out the pants pretty quickly. Shit is comfortable, though.

I would say fit is close to fly. Jersey may be a hair larger in canvas. I wear a 34 xl in both.

I can yeah, only done it once, just the shipping can get more pricey obviously. But it’s usually not too bad.
