....?

I can wish.

From Racerhead:
"The NPG’s Director of Operations John Ayers paid a visit to Unadilla Valley Sports Center to check on the overhaul the Robinson family has been working on since last spring and came back very impressed. Ayers reported that new dirt is being trucked in for the track, which has been running AMA and FIM events since 1970, and new sections added. And get this: The new Unadilla finish line has the riders jumping out of Gravity Cavity! Also, there is an industry hospitality area with large bleacher section, an improved mechanics’ signaling area, a controlled bike wash is going in behind start, and they’ve added a camping area with electric for the rider RVs."

As long as you can still burn a few bikes and a car or two up on the hill,
I'm all for it.

That is amazing and good news.

I thought RC was going to have to buy Unadilla himself and either close it or buy the missing dirt, put it back, and sell it back to them.

The riders complained every year and no one paid attention. It took the "fear of God" (contract time) to get them to do something, but at least they did it.

Lol, I thought John Ayers was Director of the AMA t-shirt sales monopoly?

Seriously though I can't imagine Unadilla being anywhere near the best top 5 tracks for a MXdN.

The US MXoN's will not be at any NPG tracks anyway.

GL told me if he is going to be accused of carting off money when his organizer netted over $1M, he might as well do it himself. (which means become a partner in some way with the same track each time-someone he can trust to not talk shit after the event)

That place used to be cool when it was all grass, rough and rocky. Make sure they test the soil ph before letting anyone ride.

They must be fugging dreaming if they think they are going to find a land owner with hundreds of acres of lush rolling hills that is willing to build permanent bathrooms, vip towers, air conditioned lounges, grandstands, etc. for a one time event. And of course it will be 10 minutes from an airport. Stupid fucks.

Don't need to. He's gonna do it all from here. NPG ain't getting no GPs,
NPG ain't getting no MXDN.
My money says the euro invasion starts here.

How does it feel to worship at the feet of someone who took money away from the riders ?

I think you mean grossed 1M not netted. , I think it's awesome they will have a race here and spend their own money to do it.

Whats the need for a Partner ? someone for a patsy ?

DC told me Barber is a very good possibility for an AMA National weeks ago.

Yeah, pure speculation on my part. It's just that that place fits. YS said East of the Miss.
A guy I know on another board races Arhma Vintage MX, says last time he was there
a big wortld class MX track was under construction. Already asphalt for s/moto.
And I think Teef said he's got a place for the RV in Alabama. It's not an NPG track.
Ahhh, the suspense.
