Bike prices KTM85 2025

I am trying to buy a bike for a trip to Florida in December traveling from New Zealand.... KTM 85 2025 (New) and getting some pretty horrendous quotes! $8800 and $7400 so far... I'm thinking these guys are trying it on with an overseas buyer? Is there not a RRP for this bike in the states???

This equates to about $1000 more than the same bike costs here in NZ.... Cheers

Yes there is an MSRP.   And the dealers tack on ridiculous fees like $600 assembly fee that they use to pay some HS kid minimum wage to spend 20 mins putting the front wheel on.  Oh and the $250 document fee for 5 mins of paperwork.
