Heading to Ironman for the first time this weekend. Been to thunder valley and Millville more times than I can count.

What do I need to know!!!

Secrets, problems to avoid! Local spots, drop the knowledge.

Appreciate it

Kinda in the middle of nowhere. So local spots will be limited.

Place is awesome, you’ll have a great time.

Watching from the bridge is awesome. Hearing the bikes echo through it and watching them triple up from above is a place you’ve gotta stop and watch a little bit from

Its been a few years since I was there (went to the first one and several since).  It is a beautiful place.

The town usually has some kinda festival going on downtown.  There's a really cool watering hole... The Indy Road Pub.  The locals that helped build a lot of the track (the covered bridge etc) hang out there...or at least used to.

Be aware, the annual MX race is still second fiddle to the original Ironman offroad race in the minds of the locals...lol.
