Where To Find Cone Valve Fork Parts

I'm wondering if anyone has some cone valve fork parts around or not? Looking for the 'click disc' part number 48600642. It's a nut that holds the preload adjuster together and has holes for the detents as well. Part is backordered with WP so have to find one on the shelf somewhere

Yes, I have contacted a few here in Canada. They must be able to see stock at some other locations because I got directed to AEO who was supposed to have one in stock but couldn't locate it. The only other one I have found in stock is in Australia and they aren't responding to my emails..

Thanks! I sent them an email. Fired one off to JBI as well. Keep the suggestions coming - would like to get this off of my bench and back on the bike!

TJ's Cycles in Austin had some oddball parts I needed a few times.  I'd give them a call or e-mail.

I would also call REP Suspension and see if they can help.

What happened to yours?

Ok thanks, I'll look them up.

Mine was so tight tight that the pins in the tool that loosens it slipped around and chewed it up. So u ended up with the cartridge in the lathe, and turned the outer nut away to expose the nut/click disc where I unfortunately ended up going at it with a chisel. It was brutal. The other one came apart normally, with some heat of course but this one just wouldn't co-operate. I have a new outer nut and most of the o rings but just need that one part to get them back together and going!
