There's a few clowns on here who just don't get it. Looked what happened to Honda when he was let go-many dry years.

Then when RC was on the team they were on top again , then when he got to Suzuki they were on top again . Its the riders first and formost and yes you have to give a team manager the credit for getting them signed .
If Roger was still with Honda would McGrath stayed? Roger was huge in developing Team/Bikes in the Honda's in 1980's. Remember it was Roger who signed McGrath,Lamson,Henry,Stanton,Dymond,Bailey when they were nobodys. He has eye for talent that others don't. Dungy was a B rider!

It was Short who pushed him to the front. If only he knew in what kind of trouble he`s geting Roger in.

Not sure if he would have or not . I don't think McGrath liked the 97 CRs .

He would have stayed at Honda,but couldn't get along with Ray Blank a Honda big wig.He got his azz chewed for riding Yamaha wave runners in a picture. He didn't really care for the bike,but that wasn't why he switched. He would have won the SX title that year if he would've stayed on Honda's,his Factory RM had plenty of problems.

Roger plays a part in todays win, but they could have won, with or with out him.

So, are you of the opinion that KTM ain't gonna win EVERYTHING next-year jus' because Roger's there?

Here's a Q: Who's gonna be the fastest over at the New KTM Team and will it have ANYTHING to do with who the Mgr is?
