Dear Mr Coombs,
There has been none stop moaning on here from your fellow american citizens who could not make it to the MXdN about how it was not available to watch live on TV.
Red Bull generously made it available free online as they have with all the GPs but seeing as the USA is widely regarded as the powerhouse of world motocross, its pretty sad to see the olympics of our sport not made available to your fans on tv.
My question to you is why not try and form a relationship with Youthstream so that you, on behalf of Mx Sports, can make the MXdN a part of your existing TV package with NBC next year. I can't imagine youthstream complaining about an american audience for their event.
We get every race and moto of the GPs, MX1 and MX2, as well as the MXdN broadcast live on TV here in europe, maybe you could learn a thing or two from youthstream

So you'd be looking to pay for TV rights and then once you bought them paying a network to run it and hoping to sell enough advertising to cover it (which I think is unlikely if one is serious about buying a large enough slot to show the event live from beginning to end).
And not a very good package as far as yesterday was concerned. Almost everyone who's reported seeing the feed on the internet or live TV broadcast overseas has mentioned the quality was significantly poorer than what YS typically provides.
And in TV looked bad too, so it wasnt a freecaster or redbull TV problem.
