Why is polygamy illegal?

Who would want that? I mean mutply the nagging, the honeydo's, their cycles will probably sync up so that time of the month will be brutal plus their married so they aren't even having sex. Poor bastards.

I know what swinging is, just like I know what trawling the bars for tuna or picking up a pro is. It's just people getting their rocks off. Really, when you break it right down, casual sex isn't much different from any other recreational activity, except my bike has never given me an STD or gotten pregnant. Some people just like to have lots of sex with lots of different people. It's just sex for personal gratification. Polygamy is a combination of relationships and everything else that comes with them. Polygamy being illegal isn't just a US thing either, most of Western civilization is the same way.

And if you want to start this discussion, I think that most swingers are probably only still together for convenience. They may be happy, just not with each other. And if they say any different, they're probably lying.
