So will they run the Nationals with the Daytona Prototypes? Or will they build tracks that run up and down the bleachers like the old LA coliseum?

Does not seem like Nascar is going to be satisfied with spectator turn outs of 25,000.
Maybe they are going to develop a Daytona SX series that runs on Saturdays before the boring races that they have on Sundays.
Who should be more worried Live Nation or NPG?

It's not NASCAR

It's DMG, owned by one of Bill France's sons

They realize they're in this for the long haul.

I do think anyone who doesn't like change and expects things to be the same forever will be very unhappy.

I think change is good Dave and if anything needs changing its the way our Nats are promoted.
DMG is as close to Nascar as you can get and there is nothing wrong with that. The DP series that DMG has developed may be the most competitive, interesting RR series in the world right now.

The Kelley's have the influence... That's the key. "It's not what you know, it's who ya know."

The best riders in the WORLD are from the south. It doesn't matter how many Cali riders there are in the list. The turd that floats to the top is the only one you see.

Great track but, logistical problems hender MM from ever getting a National. I don't care what they do, the terrain, and ingress and egress, will probably always prohibit the facility from ever being able to have the pit/parking/specator area for a national...

Road in and out would need to be completely rebuilt, widened and more

Good track, poor access

i was saying the majority of the field is from cali, more there then anywhere else. AMA's site proves that. Thats where the industry grew, but yetsthe BEST riders are from the south, and ive noticed that slowly, the riders and the industry are moving east...southeast. I love it, since i am in charlotte...chad watts has his place just up the road and jgr is here. warp 9 wheels is building a facility in south carolina, all we need now is some aftermarket exhaust companies, and some gear\clothing guys out here and we are set! haha...
