Thing is, their prices are a bit higher than rocky mountain so the 10 or 15% doesn't make much difference.

Its a bummer rockymountainatvmc.com dont sell the power parts sfuff

Yes but closest gasgas shop to me is 3 hours and it has to be a gasgas dealer to use contingency.

Actually, for me it was the lack of tax until they had to comply.

Now they are no longer a bargain AND goods receipt is very spotty.

I will say that if you buy via AOMC's eBay closeout store, things go better (because the product is on hand). This is the only way I'll do business with them anymore.

I am in Virginia and can help you with spending your GG contingency. I work at MotoSport Roanoke, which is MotoSport.com's only retail store. I ship for free, no matter if the part is $5 or weighs 100 lbs.

The move with them is to call to see if they have it in stock. Their website always makes you feel like it is.

The phone number says to just send them an email, no way of getting them on the phone.

Have never even heard of aomc. How do you guys get in these situations? One click on there website and you can tell it’s sketchy and most likely some drop ship “business”. With 3 reliable online spots to buy from I don’t get how people get to this spot

They are a full fledged dealership, but supposedly they were sold about a year ago and it hasn't been smooth sailing since.

They are a authorized Ktm/gasgas/husky dealership. I will say it all again, I was using gasgas contingency with them, I don’t really have a local gasgas dealer. I used to follow there YouTube and they are a legit dealer, have friends who used to get bikes and stuff from them as well.

The worst KTM/gasgas/husky dealership on the planet

I'll update this thread once I receive the refund.

Still no refund --- will keep you posted, but the 2-3 days has come & gone by 2X.

Yes, their refund process is also a fight. I totally forgot about that part of my situation. Took several emails to finally get it. I only dealt with AOMC because I have heard good things in the past and I do see that they're an actual dealership. The customer service rep I dealt with was super nice, but the process was rough.

Useless. Just dispute the charge on your CC and let them deal with the chargeback.

I used contingency to pay for my order so I had no other option. I filed a complaint with BBB the next day I got the refund back to my contingency account.

Given how long my situation played out, they would only give me store credit. I am not totally dissatisfied given the long, drawn-out outcome (partly due to my work travel/delays in responses - I own that).

I am going to find something(s) IN STOCK - by CALLING FIRST - and then be done with them.

My final assessment:  AVOID AOMC.MX

Up until this last order, they had been top notch! Then........it happened, ordered a airbox cover, NOTHING. Contacted them through the "email ticket" 3 times and heard nothing. I am in the process of a PayPal Case. Bummer, always had very good luck with them. AOMC just let people know what's going on. We're all Dirt Bike people, we understand and are pretty patient but, this new way of conducting yourselves is NOT GOOD FOR BUISNESS.

Not me personally, but I work for a rival of AOMC and have had many of their customers that receive heavy discounts from AOMC switch over to my .com as we are not having issues getting parts and shipping them out.

Hello   woodsryder how are you ? I was a great customer for AOMC for several years, but now with their problem I stopped buying from them. I'm a KTM parts dealer, I need a new supplier, I saw that you said you also work with parts, could you please contact me? hobbycellrj@gmail.com, Thank you very much Saul
