Cool old boots. I wore a set when they came out. I quickly lost 1-2 straps just from them falling out. Maybe you can take a old one and get it 3D printed.
I had the same problem. I looked on ebay and found straps that looked like mine and took a chance. They work just fine. Just as an example, click the link.

Thanks guys, I'm presently checking both options. And I found another post where someone says also the straps of the last version on the Supervictory boots work well. Will let you know how I finally solved it.
Just a status report. Bought the type 4 straps for the last Supervictories (right). Fits okay, but not perfect. Seems all the force will now be taken by the small metal pin in the center. However, it might be the only useful solution on the market.
Just for fun, I made a CAD drawing and presently checking out option for 3D printing. The challenge might be combining flexibility and stability.
Some folks in the 3D printing community have already expressed their concern about safety, but I think as a motorcyclist mainly riding asphalt (definitely no mx) I think main safety issues would be found somewhere else than in boot straps ;-)
