Decided to start a KX500AF build here in Australia. Putting a KX500 1995 E7 model inside a KX250f 2019 frame. No expense spared, dream build. Let's Gooooo!

Yeah- i was a bit worried that the welding was too chunky to not allow the clutch basket to rotate... but engine builder says it's fine.

Checked out your build, excellent build! First thing I told myself was: he's going to regret vapour blasting after installing new bearings rather than before new bearings.
Are you building your own conversion, or using a 'kit'?
There are a few companies doing KX500 AF kits.
Here's a video covering the TSR kit - I haven't watched it, so, can't say how useful / comprehensive it is, but, it might be of interest to you, even if it may not be of the 'year' you need:
