2019 PW50 Will not start

I picked up a 2019 PW50 from a garage sale for $350 bucks the other day. Wouldn't run. All I did was clean the carb & it fired up. Was able to get the kid riding around on it for 1 day. Then the next day while riding, it ran out of gas. Put gas in it on the way home & when we got home I noticed I had a package of parts that I had ordered for it. So I went to work..

Replaced the carb with aftermarket (even though I had it running.. i know smh), replaced spark plug, ignition coil & did the transmission oil. Of course now the dang thing wont turn over. Sprayed carb cleaner in the carb & still wont start. Pulled spark plug & it is getting a good blue spark. Put everything back the way it was (old spark plug, old coil pack, old carb) & still wont turn over. Took the carb apart again & everything looked good.

Took a couple of days away from it to clear my mind. lol

Ordered an OEM carb & replaced it. Same issue. Took the petcock off & noticed I couldn't see through it, even with the filter out. Ordered a new one & replaced it. Same issue. Checked the exhaust restrictor plate & verified it was removed from previous owner. Checked compression & getting 105.

Not sure where to go next? This thing is kicking my butt

Sometimes those start run switches can create problems.  Unplug the 3 prong plug coming out of the throttle switch, should be behind the number plate and see if it changes anything.  I would find it hard to believe it would be a carb issue if you've tried three carbs, one of which is a new oem.  Is the spark plug wet or dry if you remove it after trying to start it?   Did you try to start it with the pipe removed, this will eliminate the exhaust/silencer as a culprit as they're known to get plugged?

Edit:  Also while you have the pipe off look into the exhaust port and make sure it's still open and not plugged up with carbon.

@dkurtd I tried unplugging the throttle switch & nothing changed. Yesterday I pulled the exhaust off to remove the restrictor plate, but it was already removed. I tried to kick it over while it was off and still nothing. When I get home today I plan on pulling the plug, pouring a little gas in & trying it again. Haven't checked to see if plug is wet after kicking.

Tonight when I got home I took the carb off again and cleaned it. Took exhaust off and cleaned up the buildup up (it was only a little bit). Still nothing. Screwed the fuel adjustment all the way in and viola it started. Slowly adjusted the screw out until I liked the idle and we are back in business!

PW50's are kind of finicky. Great for the kids though.
