2012 350 xcf-w loses spark at 1/4 throttle

ok this bike has me stumped, injector is good, tps measures good, new spark plug, 52 psi fuel pressure, ground is good, with bike together it will start and run but when you start to crack throttle a 1/4 it cuts and dies unless you let off throttle. i have chased it as a fuel problem this whole time and today i pulled the spark plug grounded it and turned the bike over and it has spark, as i rotate throttle to 1/4 open the spark stops and confirms thats whats happening when its running.  Has anyone had this issue or any fresh ideas for me to search?  maybe a link to service manual for stator values and pick up coil tests?
