Guy was coming to buy the bike today and it won't start.. thought maybe it was the battery but wouldn't start with a jump either. Bike has spark, it's getting fuel (maybe not enough?) because I can smell it out the exhaust, sat for a few months with fuel in it 93 non ethanol. Has 8.7 hours on it.. buddy was saying he thinks it's the fuel hoses says they probably cracked from fuel sitting in it.. thoughts?

Well ypur buddy is an idiot, a 2 year old modern motorcycle does not crack the fuel hose. It's not 1985 anymore.

I've seen 10 year old Injected bikes with fuel lines that are just fine.

If it is indeed getting fuel I'd bet on the spark plug, especially if the bike has been started and shut off alot without getting warmed up. These last generation 450s were bad about it, especially the 2021 before the reflash.

Yea it stays at my dads because I don't have a garage at the moment, and he has started it but i doubt for very long. Hopefully it's the plug

30 on amazon.   I like supporting my local guys but a tender and an amazon battery go a long way.
