Found a killer deal on a 2007 7x12 trailer.....let the work begin.

Plans is to pull down walls and run electric and insulate and cover ceiling. Add cabinet wall in the front.

Thinking about making a V storage section at the front on the tongue for AC and battery back up storage......and better aerodynamic towing.

Found these pictures for ideas.......some goofey guy seems to like the aluminum ones.....

5th picture down is my dream. Missing thing is a woman that doesn't give you problems and a 250F that requires no maintenance. Like I said, it's all a dream..Sad

Cabinets in front add a lot of tongue weight. Be careful, depending on what you plan on pulling it with...

paid $2k for it. If I use aluminum to make the frame work the tongue weight should not be to bad......besides the tool box at the other end should off set it.

I am dreaming but if I hit the lottery.........these really are not bad priced for top quality stuff.

5.7 Tahoe to pull it with.

Have a 6 x 12 V-nose. I wanted to keep the weight to a minimum with this one so I built the cabinets myself. Installed a converter/charger, roof air, inside and outside lights, stereo and quite a few 110v outlets. Had to mount the battery inside so had to use a vented battery box. On the back side of the cabinet on the left, I have a cable tv hookup, 110 and 12v outlet. Walls and ceiling are insulated. Found some windows on ebay on the cheap. Lot of work, but the results made it well worth it. Also used an old RV extension cord and cut an outlet for it on the side so as to feed it out just as with a camper.

Definitely do something with the front like the "V" you mentioned. I don't get how these bricks are so popular in the USA.

Scrap the plywall walls and use aluminum or vinyl sheets. That will cut down on the weight considerably.
