I have searched but I cannot find the answer I'm looking for. If a lowering link reduces rear ride height by 15 mm should I subtract that from my race sag? For example, if my sag setting is 105 mm stock, would 90 mm be the new setting?

Which linkage did you buy? I'm sure they can give you some answers. Did you lower the front end also? That might take some weight off the back end.

I've got the pro circuit link and knuckle on my 23 Kawi 450 and I had to go up from the stock 5.4 to a 5.7 spring rate to get my sag numbers correct..I'm 190lbs and have my rear wheel moved back in the swingarm with 13/51 gearing and Two links longer than stock chain length!. Pro -Circuit recommends/Suggests that you go 1 to 2 rates stiffer spring rate when using they're link!
I got 38 mm free sag and 104 race sag using a FC 5.7 shock spring..
