First of all, Hello im new to the forum and getting into things so give me some time
in this thread ill post some pics of my kx250 build, missing some pics from the beginning so will mostly be while putting it back together. it will be a fairly expensive build so it will take some time.
just to clearify im not a pro rider in any way, just love to fix up my bike's and make it as good looking as possible.
always been like that since my younger days.
here is a Pic of how the Bike looked when i first bought it, not so happy with it, but atleast its a Kawasaki.

This is how the bike looked when i stuffed it in storage after a crash, made me think im to old for this shit, but hey now im back, weightloss and bike is in progress

Thats it for now to get it started, ill be back later this afternoon when i get to my computer at home.
Regards

Well here we go !
A pic where the disassembly has started ( as said lost alot in between there as a forum post was not planned)
After some sandblasting and weldchecking, i went on to paint the frame and swingarm
Now the bike had been standing for a while, so there was some corrosion on the engien etc, gave that alittle shine to.
now to how the Bike looks atm:
Waiting for some parts, but i got some teasers that will be put on later on
Cant wait to see it finished! Ohlins are trick!
The Shop
Free shipping: VITALMX
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Thanks for the replys!
The plan is to trick the bike out with what i can in Carbon, caliper protector frame protector, sharkfin, i see that Lightspeed still makes alot for my bike, not a fan of rotor protectors so those will not be added. Fuel lines and cooling hoses will be Blue. Sadly the parts are real expensive so it will take alittle time, but come summer the bike shuld be up and running. im also looking for either Boyesen or Hinson engine covers wich will be a nice additon.
Just to have some pictures in this post ill add two of my old bikes for the fun of it.
Got these babies in the house !
Gave the Heart alittle Vain transplant ! and yes i know it need a little cleaning to ^^
And samco had my sweet cooling hoses so im rly happy with that !
This is how the bike looks now, i have done some more to it, but dont have pics, ill come back with that.
Had to throw in a old school pic ! good ol'mud day !
Is that just kashima on the forks? and what forks are they?
No kashima , those are Original Öhlins front forks and rear shock, i have not put the stickers on, as i am waiting for my custom stickers with my company's logo
Awesome that you got the full Öhlins setup, the shock is very rare these days.
Btw your 125 locks sick mate ! nice work =)
looks great man!!
