YZ 250 is too much for a 30yrs old beginner?

Thanks everyone for your replys. It really help me . I think i'm gonna try to get a good deal on a 150sx or maybe also i Will be riding in the sand only 2/3 times per year . The rest of the year, is on dirt tracks where the 250 maybe is too much . Worst case scenario, i'll get a 125 and put some Dunlop MX14 ( for sand ) to help the bike to move My bigg asss haha. This is just for fun, i'm not trying to race anyone. Maybe in 2 years with more experience and confidence i Make the jump to the 250 . Also here a 125 and 250 are at the same price, so the change is not gonna be difficult. Thanks everyone
