Alright this will be a bit long but hopefully it'll make sense. Backstory I've been rebuilding my own suspension for years but this is my first time revalving. I bought the racetech gold valve kit. While building them it seems completely different than what i started with. I need some help on the next steps. This will be picture heavy and I'm on my phone so it may be multiple post.
So the bike is a beta rx300 with kyb suspension. The kit says honda on it. I called and they confirmed it was the same as Honda 450 used kyb. I know it comes with extra parts but there aren't any real instructions specific to the fork. So here are my shim stacks, dvs sheet, and the diagram for it being put together. 
So it shows a low speed valve setup. When I built the low speed valve it looks completely different than stock. The bottom shim blocks the entire flow where stock drops in if that makes any sense.
This is the recession that the new shim completely seals.The stock setup had these 3 shims then the base plate then the shim stack.
Alright last couple photos. This is the top with the shim stacks on. No shoulder is exposed so it doesn't look like i need to shim the stack up at all. But the dvs sheet shows using the sleeve washer and spring at the top. Stock was a collar and spring with a cup washer that fit pretty tightly against the check plate. My check plate can move 1.5mm up the sleeve washer where the stock check plate can only move slightly.
So my question is does any of this look right? Just seems so wildly different that I feel like i got the wrong kit or something.
It did come with some secondary pieces labeled compression which more closely resemble the stock setup but not the diagram they provided.
