anyone been able to find exhaust yet for the 2025 250? Pro Circuit shows no inventory on their website.

good luck, 450 exhaust is still scarce and that bike is 2 years old

Dont know about the Kawi but the new HGS pipes on the Honda 250s dont do a shit on a dyno. Stock even better.

Sounds crazy. On my kx450 2024 the hgs was much better than stock.  Also ran it on my kx250 2023 and it was very good also.

Watched a video on YouTube they compared stock vs hgs on evans crf 450 22 and hgs gained 2.3hp. That's not bad in my opinion.

Most of the time folks do not remap if it's required and actually lose power where it could be a gain. Now some bikes/systems do not require it because of so little change.

Most of the time when you change things to make more power a re-tune is required to maximize or even see gains.

What's the weight savings over the std from the use of the Ti system or the Staino system?

Keefer tested tested the Ti at 1.8 vs. stock. He did not say if he remapped the bike for it.

Pretty annoying I can’t get a 450 muffler.

Did you try anything besides the HGS? I currently have a 4.1 slip on on my bike and my sponsor is itching for me to get a full system HGS...from what I was told it really smooths out everything?
