Yeah, what a slacker
He was 2nd in that moto at Hangtown, not Freestone. Freestone moto2 he blew a fork seal and the oil ruined his front brake. Davi losing his brake at Freestone was not an acceptible reason for dropping back but this week it is allowed for Mike Alessi. The VitalMX double standards are stiil in force.

If he was "riding for a paycheck" like he is often accused of here he probably would not be crashing and getting hurt like he has. He is more dinged up than probably anyone knows but they don't care and still slam him.

You are 100% correct sir. Davi is a slacker.

What you seem to not know is that Milsaps gets paid winners money and has been on vacation 90% of the time since he signed with Honda.

A 2nd in a moto here and there not not cancel out all of his shitty results.

His slacker style will be rewarded with a sweet Privateer ride next yr.

If Milsaps was in the shape that he should be he might not be crashing and be dinged up like he is.

During his Pro career there has not been ONE not ONE person that has ever said this kid is in the shape he needs to be in. RC,Stanton,Decoster have said this. Hell, even his best bud Reed has taken a poke at Milsaps lack of training.

I remember reading an old interview of him when just a kid transforming into the pro ranks.

What shocked me was him saying (at such a young age) something like 'my knees hurt like hell and all my joints are hammered due to all the practice we put in.

Sounds like me after a lap or two.

Heal up Davi and go out and win a moto or two just to quench the ignorance running rampant amongst individuals here that frankly, don't have a fucking clue to what it's like.

I think people might be misinterpreting Davi, due to his television interviews. Some people are very mellow speakers, don't get too excited, and lack different tone levels in their voice. Nobody here knows what kind of work he puts in during the week, how many hours a week he practices, or how far he rides a road bike. People could be associating his interview enthusiasm, with enthusiasm towards racing. Who knows what it's like to be him. Yeah, the guy has tons of potential, and may have not lived up to everybodys expectations, but I'd say to make it to the level he has, to ride for a factory team, and win races and a title are quite a big accomplishment. Winning one title in this sport is a big deal. I think it just gets kind of overshadowed by a man still fresh in our memories who racked up 15 AMA's.

Otherwise, how in the WORLD do you know what's going on over there? If you aren't closely associated with him and his camp how can you know that he's "been on vaction 90% of the time"????
