I live in Travelers Rest, and also will be racing the US Sprint this weekend. Lot of moto tracks around here, but not so much woods. Closest trails would be Enoree (Clinton, SC) or Parson Mtn OHV (Abbeville, SC). Call the forest service hotline before you go to either of those because they will close if they get too much rain.
Even most of the tracks aren't going to be open during the week. I think The Cut in Easley and NXT LVL 101 in Gray Court occasionally have a midweek practice, so you might check there.
Hitting tandem crepes now! Where do you practice during the week around here? A moto track would be fine too. Thank you
I mostly just ride on the weekends, work gets in the way during the week sadly. Stu Baylor's place, The Shoals, is actually pretty close to where the sprint enduro will be and I believe has daily training and riding, so you might try them as well.
Parsons Mtn and Cedar Springs were closed prior to the hurricane and are still closed with no estimated date for reopening.
Hope it helps.

Enoree is open I rode there last weekend, higher speed flow stuff. Call before you haul though they close if its wet.
The property the US sprint enduro is at is really nice and has some great terrain, should be a good event I'm unfortunately committed to other plans this weekend.
Is it sand or red clay? Thanks for the info.
Some spots are pretty sandy, most is like hard dirt sand mix.
