1996 hi point 20ft enclosed fiberglass trailer.  Purchased from original owner. Very well taken care of, but is 28 years old. Has aluminum work bench at front. All lights work, brakes work, tires good tread, torsion axles. Tows great, around 2200lbs empty. Has title

-Replaced both rear wall supports with new metal.

- brand new 2 5/16 coupled

- 5000lb drop leg hack

- safety chains 

- jacketed 7 pin

- side door latch that locks

- New weatherstripping on side door 

- led taillights

- license plate light housing 

- New led interior light

- New plywood on floor at rear of trailer 

- New plywood on the ramp

- New axle seals and repacked the bearings

Bad:

- front roof vent is missing. Previous owner sealed over does not leak.

- rear gate is functional but could use some attention
