That's nuts.....but I think this is even more nuts.

I'd shit myself before I got 100 ft up.    ....I'm generally not afraid of heights, but this gives me sweats.

Does this guy have a parachute? I mean why wouldn't you. One slip and base jump time or just so you dont have to climb down if you are a seasoned base jumper maybe? Lol I always wondered. These guys sometimes only work a few times a year and get paid really well i have read.

Last I saw, they pull down somewhere around $130k....not bad for a few climbs a year.

I agree on the parachute.    I thought about that after 9/11.  If you worked in a high rise, a parachute would be a smart move in case fires broke out.

Imagine the safety class for new hires for anyone above the 10th floor

I'm sure OSHA wouldn't approve of BASE jumping down but I would be shocked if a few guys don't do it. Probably safer and save a few hours.

As far as it goes for me, there isn't enough safety harnesses in the world to get me up there.

i had a cousin that did this shit all over the east coast. Dude wasn't all there, I'll say that. But yeah, he worked perhaps 4-6 times a year, made stupid cash, and just dicked around the rest of his time.
