However, dudes like Dmenace, Racer111, and P-dub proclaim james the greatest rider in the world while he sits around refusing to ride the premere outdoor class...that's weak. It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
I'll say it again. If Dungey (our current SX champ) told DeCoster he wanted to sit the outdoors out, we'd all say "WTF?"
The racial bias is the only reason James gets a pass...not his amateur career. James isn't the only rider in history that has had a stellar amateur career.
If James comes back and wins the SX title next year that will be great, but my feeling is that he will either yard sale it again or get beat by points.
btw, the whole "vag" angle cracks me up...and yes there's something to it. Ponca and Hollister were notorious for getting "vag" and then going slow the next morning.

As far as him sitting out outdoors though its his choice. And YES he has earned that right to race indoors only if he wants. Hes already won more outdoors than MC ever did. Plus he races at his discresion... All of the guys do. Its not like someones holding a gun to his head telling him to race when he does. Shit i personally think it would help his legacy. Imagine bubba having the longevity that Larocco did and being the dominant racer he is.
