You cant make this stuff up. I dont think the guy should have gone to prison because it was a accident caused by stupidity and not following rules and protocol but if stupidity was against the law most of the country would be locked up

But then it will just be the insurance company who insured the movie most likely paying out. Unless they had some clause that would limit their liability in case of someone being a complete arrogant idiot pulling a trigger while not even recording an actual scene.
If that's the case he will declare BK, he has probably already transferred or hid his assets after this first happened. And screw over that family yet again...
