Anyone in the vail, Co area know much about the Siena Valley Club? Looks like an HOA with their own moto track among other things. As much as HOA’s suck this looks kind of cool.

It looks like they are trying to rebrand a failed development out there? All those videos are cool but when you go to the address listed, 1000 Brighwater Club Dr., Gypsum CO, there is a planned development that started going in around 2005 and was probably a victim of the real estate market crash. Golf course holes on the east side have been abandoned and I dont see a moto track or MTB trails on either of the properties listed. It looks like there is access to the "Siena Club Meadows" about 8 miles away that is just open space.

Yea I wasn’t able to find much other then there IG page. There website isn’t fully developed yet. Seems like a cool idea on the surface.  But I wonder how it would work. We can be a pretty fickle group when it comes to track prep, size and difficulty. Would be really hard to keep everyone happy I think.
