Moderating the forum is one of 100s of tasks I have. We've had a problem for a bit that just got fixed where reported content notifications weren't coming through.
If I get a notification about the scammer, I lock the account. Example, I received one from Mav yesterday, I go in and lock it as soon as I open the email.
Let Mav lock the obvious spam accounts. And let him delete threads. He’s been here long enough he can figure it out.
Three scammer threads, this thread and, month later? I know you’re multitasking but, even Mav was sending you emails.
I get around 200 emails on average a day, somewhere around 30-50 texts, 10-20 phone calls, slack notifications with dev team, plus social media notifications from four different platforms. I do not reply to a lot of Mac’s emails as he usually leaves all the info I need to act upon in the email so I just lock or act as necessary from the info.

We get it, you are busy with work and life. You clearly need some help on the forum in the way of moderation and any mod needs the ability/authority to at least lock/unlock accounts (ie: the recent scammers). It sounds like it's the way this system is set up why that isn't allowed at this point.
There should also be multiple people a member can reach out to in cases like what just happened to me. I'm locked out accidentally and in the dark for two weeks.
We shall see how this works out, I have faith in ML.
