I noticed you mentioned something about dirty riding...you might as well take Ultra799 right out of the tourney. He's one of the dirtiest riders out there. BLOCK_PASS_KING is just as dirty. The best part about Ultra799 though is when he realizes he can't hang, because he suddenly quits.
I see a couple pretty fast guys in the line-up already.

man, i'm going to miss the first 2 rounds! if this wasn't on sunday i'd be in for sure. oh well, i'll be watching from the cheap seats.
I also added a new twist to this first round. On Monday, I'll be hosting a time trial at Lakewood National. A 5 lap race to determine the rider seedings for round 1. Fastest time gets the #1 seed and so on and so on. Should be a lot of fun.
Toyotaboy and I will each have a room open for the time trial. Monday February 4th, 2008. Rooms open at 6 PM Pacific 9 PM Eastern. They'll be open for exactly one hour. Once you've finished your 5 lap race please leave the room and let other riders enter to run their time trials. If you choose not to show up for the time trial, you'll be auto assigned a seeding beginning after the final rider who did show up. Good luck to all and I'll see you there!!

As for your question on how long races will be.
Heats-
one 8 lapper if its SX
one 5 lapper if its NAT
Mains-
two 10 lap motos if NAT
one 20 lap moto if SX.
If we fill up all 4 heat races then the format goes as follows.
Top 2 in each heat advance to A MAIN.
3rd and 4th to B Main.
5th and 6th to C Main.
7th and 8th to D Main.
So far we have 2 full heat rooms and 4 people in Heat #3. It looks like we'll hopefully fill up all 4 heat rooms. It would be nice to have LCQs but that just makes things much more complicated. Which makes your performance in the heat race that much more important. I encourage everone to sign up though! It'll be a blast.

Put everyone's name in a hat. Pull one out and that guy is in Heat 1. Pull the next one out, he goes to Heat 2. Pull the next and he goes to Heat 3. That's the only true and fair way to do it. If one Heat is stacked with the fastest 5 guys to play the game, and another Heat race has the slowest guys to play the game, then so be it. Everyone deserves a fair shot no matter what.
yea, make sure u have some sort of idea on filling the heats. dont keep them how they are now. go ahead and sign me up then. i was waiting because i thought thats how the heats were gonna be, so i was gonna sign up at the last minute, because them heats are STACKED so far. lol.

yea, lastnite was crazy... i was racing both of them at the same time, no take outs, but they sure do spray the track with haybails.
I normally race with Clay525, clay516, huck218, and hemi454 and have no problems. We all give each other room, or at least hold our lines when we're about to get passed.
5 Laps at Lakewood national.
Toyotaboy and I will each have rooms up for it. Do a search for Lakewood National 5 laps if you aren't on our friends list. We will record your times and place you in a correct heat race for round 1 on Sunday. This isn't nessassary to show up to but it adds to the fun and it gives you a nice seeding entering round 1. See you all there!!
