Jim Holley: There’s no truck on the line at the line at the East/West Shootout this year, but you still want to win, right?

CP: Oh there is no truck? Then I do not care.

Holley: But you want to beat everyone anyway, right?

CP: No, I already did that last year.

Now THAT is funny.

That's funny, CP definitely has a sense of humor. Little hard to understand, but he does a pretty good job. Funny thing is, he actually seems to understand some of the questions asked on the podium and answers them instead of just jumping into his dunlops and so forth.

He has come an incredibly long way in a year. You have to listen hard, but he is understandable and actually has a sense of humour.

Watch the Jimmy Albertson interview at VURB. He lived in Italy and says the only words he learned were "left" and "right". The he mangled them when he said them and couldn't quite remember which was which.

I think the kid is doing better than you or I would do if we were transplanted to France or Italy or Germany.....
