I've seen some ridiculous shit over the decades.

Never anything like that.

 

My houses routinely get roughed in before any of my cabinetry is even drawn up.

So inevitably I go in and ALWAYS have to get the electrician, and A/V guy to come and move things around to where I need them.

Both have learned to run lots of extra wire.

I follow a few pages on Instagram that highlight this sort of stuff, and although I have not seen anything like this (yet); it's pretty close to what actually goes on... I have family and friends in the trades as well as two that have had houses built in the last 2 years. Good times.
